Cleaned Mackerel/Maquereau:Mackerel is a common name applied to a number of different species of pelagic fish, mostly from the family Scombridae. They are found in both temperate and tropical seas, mostly living along the coast or offshore in the oceanic environment.
mackerel are a source of omega 3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, proteins vitamin D ( and also calcium when the borns are eaten).
Cooking Instructions: keep frozen at -180c. Defrost at room temperature and cook thoroughly. Do not Refreeze after defrosting. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours.
Instructions de cuisson : Conserver congélateur -18 0c. Décongeler à température ambiante et cuire à fond. Ne pas recongeler après décongélation. Une fois décongelé, conserver au réfrigérateur et utiliser dans les 24 heures.
