Anchovy/ Stolephorus Indicus: Anchovies are small, green fish with blue reflections due to a silver-colored longitudinal stripe that runs from the base of the caudal (tail) fin.
Anchovies are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which offer powerful benefits for your heart. Studies show they may reduce your triglyceride levels, slow the buildup of plaque in your arteries, and reduce your blood pressure. They may also lower your risk of stroke by reducing blood clotting.

Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 4500F.
- Remove chilled fish from the package and rinse under cold running water.
- Arrange fish in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Cook fish for 18 – 20 minutes at 4500F, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 1450F and flakes easily with a fork. (Cooking time will vary according to the type/size of your fish.) Then remove from the oven.
