Tuna / Tunnus app : Tuna is an excellent source of vitamin B12, an essential vitamin needed to make DNA. Vitamin B12 also helps you to form new red blood cells and prevent the development of anemia.

Unlike most fish, which have white flesh, the muscle tissue of tuna ranges from pink to dark red. The red myotomal muscles derive their color from myoglobin, an oxygen-binding molecule, which tuna express in quantities far higher than most other fish.

Cooking Instructions: keep frozen at -180c. Defrost at room temperature and cook thoroughly. Do not Refreeze after defrosting. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours.

Instructions de cuisson : Conserver congélateur -18 0c. Décongeler à température ambiante et cuire à fond. Ne pas recongeler après décongélation. Une fois décongelé, conserver au réfrigérateur et utiliser dans les 24 heures.
