King Fish Steak/ Scomberomorus app: Indo-Pacific king mackerel or popularly seer fish is a sea fish among the mackerel variety of fishes. It is found in around the Indian Ocean and adjoining seas.
Seer fish is a delicacy in several regions of India, Africa and Middle eastern countries.
Cooking Instructions: keep frozen at -180c. Defrost at room temperature and cook thoroughly. Do not Refreeze after defrosting. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours.
